近日，潤邦股份旗下德國KOCH公司再次獲得摩洛哥磷酸鹽公司（OCP）新訂單，將為其提供四臺大型門式刮板取料機。

      其中，兩臺取料能力為每小時3,600噸的設備將用于磷酸鹽堆場作業，另兩臺每小時2,400噸的設備用于硫磺顆粒堆場。所有設備均集成全自動料場管理系統，可實現無人值守運行。KOCH采用模塊化、標準化設計，為客戶大大降低了備件庫存與運維成本。

      OCP是全球最大的磷礦石基地、最大的磷酸鹽出口商和生產商，也是世界領先的肥料生產企業之一。截至目前，KOCH已累計向OCP交付同類門式取料機超過20臺，其中持續運行時間最長的設備已超過40年，性能依然穩定。此次新訂單不僅延續了雙方數十年的合作，也為全球礦業領域樹立了“穩健卓越，超長服役”的設備新標桿。

We are excited to share that our subsidiary company KOCH Solutions has been awarded a new project in Morocco again from valued client OCP Group, Koch will deliver 4 portal scraper reclaimers to OCP.

Among them, two reclaimers with a capacity of 3,600 t/h will be deployed in phosphate stockyard operations, while the other two, with a capacity of 2,400 t/h, will be used in sulfur handling. All reclaimers are equipped with fully automated operation with stockpile management systems. These machines will be designed to standardize as much as possible, thereby reducing customer’s OPEX costs.

OCP is the world's largest phosphate mines, the largest exporter and producer of phosphates, and one of the world's leading fertilizer manufacturers. To date, with this new contract of 4 high-capacity portal reclaimers, KOCH has ow supplied more than 20 this type of machines to OCP Group. The longest-serving equipment has been in operation for over 40 years and continues to perform reliably. This new project not only extends a decades of strong partnership between the two companies but also sets a new global benchmark in mining for equipment with exceptional reliability and high performance.
