近日，GENMA品牌成功簽約海外客戶2臺2,000噸/小時橋式抓斗卸船機訂單。

      為滿足客戶定制化需求，新簽GENMA橋式抓斗卸船機設備融合了多項創新技術。設備采用高效剪式抓斗，同時采用主副小車牽引式結構，進一步提升了設備作業靈活性以及裝卸效率。值得一提的是，該卸船機兩側均配置雙軌設計，單機可服務碼頭四條皮帶機，充分滿足客戶碼頭礦石、煤炭等散料的高效卸載需求。

      此次簽約進一步拓展了GENMA在高端散料裝卸裝備領域的海外市場布局，為品牌全球化戰略注入新動能。訂單設備將由GENMA高端裝備制造基地——子公司潤邦重機負責生產制造。依托先進的制造工藝、嚴格的質量控制體系以及豐富的重型裝備制造經驗，潤邦重機將確保設備高質量交付，助力客戶打造現代化、高效率的散料裝卸碼頭。

Recently, GENMA successfully secured an overseas order for two 2,000-ton-per-hour bridge-type grab ship unloaders.

To meet the customized requirements of the client, the newly ordered GENMA bridge-type grab ship unloaders incorporate multiple innovative technologies. The equipment adopts high-efficiency scissors-type grabs and utilizes a main-and-auxiliary trolley traction structure, further enhancing operational flexibility and loading-unloading efficiency. It is worth mentioning that the ship unloaders are equipped with a double-track design on both sides, enabling a single machine to serve four conveyor belts at the terminal. This fully meets the client’s need for efficient unloading of bulk materials such as ore and coal.

This order further expands GENMA’s overseas market presence in the high-end bulk material handling equipment sector, injecting new momentum into the brand’s global strategy. The equipment for this order will be manufactured by GENMA’s high-end equipment manufacturing base—Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (RHM). Leveraging advanced manufacturing processes, a stringent quality control system, and extensive experience in heavy equipment manufacturing, RHM will ensure the high-quality delivery of the equipment, supporting the client in building a modern and highly efficient bulk material handling terminal.
