日前，哈薩克斯坦共和國(guó)駐德國(guó)大使Nurlan Onzhanov閣下率代表團(tuán)訪問了位于德國(guó)薩爾州瓦德加森的KOCH Solutions公司。代表團(tuán)成員包括總領(lǐng)事Taubaldy Umbetbayev及駐法蘭克福總領(lǐng)事館官員。薩爾州政府國(guó)務(wù)秘書Thorsten Bischoff代表州政府出席了此次活動(dòng)。

訪問期間，雙方圍繞全球轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的關(guān)鍵議題——未來原材料開采與生產(chǎn)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇進(jìn)行了深入交流。在當(dāng)前國(guó)際形勢(shì)下，建立安全、韌性且可持續(xù)的原材料價(jià)值鏈具有日益重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。會(huì)談基于哈薩克斯坦與德國(guó)之間長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)固的經(jīng)濟(jì)紐帶，探討了如何進(jìn)一步深化在該領(lǐng)域的雙邊合作。

KOCH首席執(zhí)行官Juergen Maier與代表團(tuán)共同出席了專題討論。雙方重點(diǎn)探索了在國(guó)際合作框架下，通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與全價(jià)值鏈整合，推動(dòng)原材料及采礦領(lǐng)域長(zhǎng)期可持續(xù)發(fā)展的可能路徑。

此次高層訪問為產(chǎn)業(yè)、政府與國(guó)際合作三方提供了寶貴的對(duì)話平臺(tái)。各方就前瞻性解決方案交換了意見，并一致認(rèn)為哈薩克斯坦、德國(guó)與歐盟在工業(yè)協(xié)作、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移與長(zhǎng)期伙伴關(guān)系方面具有顯著的深化合作潛力。

作為可持續(xù)原材料開采創(chuàng)新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的活躍參與者，KOCH表示將持續(xù)致力于相關(guān)技術(shù)開發(fā)，并期待與哈薩克斯坦伙伴保持密切溝通與協(xié)作。

Yesterday, we had the honor of welcoming the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Dr. Nurlan Onzhanov, together with Consul General Taubaldy Umbetbayev and representatives of the Kazakh Consulate General in Frankfurt, to our KOCH Solutions site in Wadgassen. The Saarland state government was represented by State Secretary Thorsten Bischoff.

The discussion focused on the challenges and opportunities of future raw material extraction and production—an increasingly important topic in light of global transformation processes and the growing relevance of critical raw materials. Building on the strong economic ties between Kazakhstan and Germany, the exchange highlighted the importance of establishing secure, resilient, and sustainable value chains.

Together with our CEO Juergen Maier, the participants explored areas of collaboration in international cooperation, technological innovation, and long-term, sustainable approaches across the entire value chain, particularly in the raw materials and mining sector.

The visit provided a valuable platform to bring together perspectives from industry, politics, and international cooperation, and to discuss joint approaches for forward-looking solutions. It also underlined the strong potential for deepening economic cooperation between Kazakhstan, Germany, and the European Union, especially through industrial partnerships, technology transfer, and long-term collaboration.
