近日，GENMA為新加坡Infinite公司提供的一臺(tái)65噸移動(dòng)式港口起重機(jī)（MHC）已順利完成重載測(cè)試取證工作，目前設(shè)備已正式交付客戶(hù)使用。

此臺(tái)MHC專(zhuān)為滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)碼頭對(duì)高效集裝箱裝卸的運(yùn)營(yíng)需求而設(shè)計(jì)，采用全液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，最大起重量達(dá)65噸，作業(yè)幅度可達(dá)32米。設(shè)備搭載國(guó)際主流動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)，確保在高強(qiáng)度工況下保持穩(wěn)定可靠的運(yùn)行表現(xiàn)。

針對(duì)碼頭地基承載條件，GENMA在行走系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性?xún)?yōu)化，通過(guò)增加輪胎數(shù)量實(shí)現(xiàn)載荷均勻分布，從而降低對(duì)碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)的壓力要求，幫助客戶(hù)節(jié)約基建改造成本，體現(xiàn)“以設(shè)備適應(yīng)場(chǎng)地”的定制化設(shè)計(jì)理念。

Recently, a 65-ton mobile harbor crane (MHC) supplied by GENMA to Singapore-based Infinite Company has successfully completed load testing and certification, and has now been officially delivered to the customer.

This MHC was specifically designed to meet the operational needs of efficient container handling at the customer's terminal. It features a fully hydraulic drive system, with a maximum lifting capacity of 65 tons and a working radius of up to 32 meters. Equipped with internationally recognized power systems, the crane ensures stable and reliable performance even under high-intensity working conditions.

In response to the terminal's ground bearing conditions, GENMA implemented targeted optimizations to the crane's travel system. By increasing the number of tires to distribute the load more evenly, pressure on the terminal structure is effectively reduced. This helps the customer save on infrastructure modification costs and reflects the customized design philosophy of "adapting the equipment to the site."
